Leadership Team

Bill Ramsay is the District Lead Volunteer and is responsible for ensuring the district runs effectively and that Scouting develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association. He proactively supports and manages adults in the district.

The District also has a number of team members looking after specific matters. These include a 14–24 Team, a Programme Team, a Volunteering Development Team and a Support Team. The Leads of these Teams make up the District Leadership Team alongside Bill.

The District Trustee Board support the District Leadership Team on governance matters ensuring the charity is well managed, risks are assessed and mitigated, buildings and equipment are in good working order, and everyone follows legal requirements and Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR). The District Chair is Isabel Kane and the District Treasurer is Harry Bonthrone.
